Fall prevention & protection for your community

Bring Fall Protection 101 to Your Community

Give your group a practical introduction to fall protection, safer movement, and confidence. We tailor the experience to the people you serve, their needs, and your space.

See what the experience includes

What would more confidence look like for your community?

You may already offer balance classes or fall-prevention education. Fall Protection 101 adds a practical conversation about what happens when someone loses their balance, with an introduction to protective movement principles and guided practice when appropriate.

Tell us what matters most to your group. We will start there.

An experience shaped around your group

Format one

Presentation and discussion

Educational slides, videos, demonstrations, and conversation bring fall protection concepts to life. A good option when your group would benefit most from learning, observation, and questions.

Format two

Movement education

A guided, adaptable introduction to fall protection and movement principles. We discuss participants' needs beforehand and choose appropriate activities together. Getting down on the floor is not required.

Both formats include time for questions. We will recommend an approach after learning about your group and reviewing the space.

What is included?

  • A conversation about your community's goals and needs.
  • A review of the proposed space and practical arrangements.
  • A tailored Fall Protection 101 session, planned for approximately 50 minutes including Q&A.
  • Setup and preparation, with arrival about one hour before the session.
  • Additional time for questions and staff feedback.
  • An opportunity to review the experience together and discuss useful next steps.
  • Breakdown and restoration of the space afterward.

For eligible new groups in Prince William County and Loudoun County, the full $540 fee is waived.

A few simple steps

  1. Tell us about your group

Start with a 30-minute phone or video conversation about your goals, audience, and timing. When it makes sense, we can arrange to meet in person instead.

  2. Plan the right experience

We review your space, discuss staff involvement, and agree on the format and seminar date. An advance visit may combine the space review and discovery conversation.

  3. Experience it and review it together

Your group takes part in Fall Protection 101. Whenever possible, we reserve time with your staff afterward to hear feedback and discuss what would be helpful next.

Questions before we talk

Is the seminar really complimentary?

Yes. For eligible new groups and communities in Prince William County and Loudoun County, the full $540 fee is waived, including setup and preparation. We confirm audience, space, and staff arrangements together first. There is no purchase obligation.

Am I booking the seminar on this page?

You are booking a 30-minute planning conversation. We schedule the on-site seminar together after discussing your group and reviewing the arrangements.

Does everyone need to get on the floor?

No. We plan the format around your group's needs. The experience may focus on presentation and discussion or include appropriate movement activities.

How much time should we allow?

The session is planned for approximately 50 minutes, including Q&A. We arrive about one hour early and allow additional time afterward for questions, staff discussion, and restoring the space. We agree on the full room reservation before your event.

What kind of space do we need?

We assess that with you before confirming the seminar. Useful details include clear floor space, flooring, seating, access, and audiovisual equipment. We will recommend a format that fits your setting.

Can we meet in person first?

Yes, when practical. We can coordinate an on-site discovery conversation and space assessment together. Visits are arranged personally so we can account for travel and your schedule.

What if our organization is outside the two counties?

The complimentary offer is for eligible new groups in Prince William County and Loudoun County. We welcome inquiries from organizations elsewhere in Virginia and Maryland. Depending on your location and needs, a personalized discount or complimentary experience may be available. We will discuss the options before making arrangements.

What happens afterward?

We listen to participant and staff feedback and discuss whether continued programming would help meet your goals. Any recommendation is tailored to your community. There is no requirement to purchase a program.
